Seats
Each copy of the desktop app signed in to your organization uses one seat, whoever uses it. One person signed in on three computers uses three.
People who only use AltQ in the browser, to edit catalogs or manage your organization, don’t use a seat.
Admins can sign out a computer at any time. A computer that hasn’t checked in for 30 days is signed out automatically and its seat is freed.
AltQ’s library offers ready-made catalogs you can add to your organization. Free ones are included. Paid ones show their price before you add them, are billed per seat per year on the same subscription, and each starts with its own free trial of 14 days.
No. Create your organization and use everything for 14 days. You add a payment method only when you decide to subscribe.
Your catalogs stop appearing on your team’s computers until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing brings everything back at the next check-in.
By card or US bank account (ACH), through Stripe. You get an invoice and receipt for every payment, and you can update your payment method yourself.
Yes. Added seats are charged right away for the rest of your billing year. Removed seats come off at your next renewal; the time already paid isn’t refunded.
Yes, at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the year you paid for and then doesn’t renew. See the refund and cancellation policy.
No. Only computers signed in to the desktop app use seats. Editors and admins who work in the browser are free.
Yes. Prices don’t include sales tax; where tax applies, it’s added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
